1. Interior Design Services

Our interior design services are bespoke and tailored to each client. Therefore, they fall outside cancellation rights once work is underway.

Consultations & Design Packages:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend are non-refundable.

• Once work has begun on a design package, it is non-refundable, in accordance with UK law on personalised services.

• However, we offer one complimentary revision per design package to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Online Home Décor Shop

All of our products are ordered on request. Because of this, if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the order and wish to cancel, you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.

• You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

• Made-to-order or personalised products

• Clearance or sale items marked final sale

• Digital downloads and content (see below)

• Design services

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at Holly@modernahausstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

3. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement promptly.

 

3. Digital Products (Blog Downloads & Resources)

Our blog may offer digital downloads such as style guides, eBooks, or printable resources.​ Under UK law, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download begins, unless: the product is faulty or it was not as described.​

​By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right once the download starts. If you experience any issues accessing your digital content, contact us at Holly@modernahausstudio.co.uk, and we will resolve it promptly.
