3. Interior Design Services

• All design services are subject to a formal agreement between you and Moderna Haus.

• Project timelines, deliverables, and fees will be defined in your individual contract.

• Design concepts and mood boards are the intellectual property of Moderna Haus unless otherwise agreed.

• All quotes, product specifications and dimensions will need to be checked by you and we will need a signature to confirm you are happy before proceeding to order. 

• Services are non-refundable as well as bespoke items, any furniture, furnishings, or home decor items that can be returned to the supplier may be subject to a restocking fee if cancelled.

• Included in each service price is one free design revision anything beyond that will be chargeable.

• We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion.

4.Online Store Terms

• All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

• We are not responsible for colour variations due to screen settings.

• All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Returns/Refund Policy.

 

Payments

We accept major credit cards and third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Prices are listed in GBP.

Shipping

We do not ship outside of UK Mainland. Shipping costs are included in product price. Delivery times may vary due to product availability or external shipping delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Please review our Returns/Refund Policy for details on how to return or exchange an item. Custom or final sale items may not be eligible for return.
