To preserve the beauty of your Jasper Side Table, we recommend the following care and maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: Wipe regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild glass cleaner or a solution of warm water and a drop of dish soap. Dry immediately with a clean, dry cloth to prevent streaks. Avoid abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or cleaners that can scratch the surface.

Protection: Avoid placing very hot or cold items directly on the glass. Keep sharp or heavy objects away from the edges to prevent chips or cracks.

All of our products are ordered on request. Because of this, if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the order and wish to cancel, you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.

• You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Made-to-order or personalised products

• Clearance or sale items marked final sale

• Digital downloads and content (see below)

• Design services

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at Holly@modernahausstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement promptly.

Free standard delivery is included in the product price this excludes assembly or unpacking.

White glove delivery is available at an additional cost of £69.95.
