Rotare Armchair - Cream

To preserve the beauty of your Rotare Armchair, we recommend the following care and maintenance guidelines:

Cleaning: Regularly vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and prevent dirt from becoming embedded in the fabric.. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild, water-based upholstery cleaner, always testing on an inconspicuous area first.

Environment: Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading and fabric damage.

Spills: Blot spills immediately with a dry, clean cloth - avoid rubbing, which can damage the upholstery.

All of our products are ordered on request. Because of this, if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the order and wish to cancel, you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging.

• You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Made-to-order or personalised products

• Clearance or sale items marked final sale

• Digital downloads and content (see below)

• Design services

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at Holly@modernahausstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions.

• You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will offer a replacement promptly.

Free standard delivery is included in the product price this excludes assembly or unpacking.

White glove delivery is available at an additional cost of £99.95.
